I Buy Bulk Spotlights for a Living. Here's Why Hess Lighting Won by Total Cost, Not Unit Price.

So, do I think Hess is the only brand worth using? No. Do I think their fixtures are cheapest? Absolutely not—and I'd be suspicious if they were. What convinced me was the total cost: fewer failed fixtures, less admin time, clear spec info, and a private label process that didn't eat a week. That's TCO.

Next time a bulk spotlight quote looks too good, calculate the replacement curve, the invoice process, and the time you'll spend chasing answers. Then compare.

There's something satisfying about an order that arrives with the paperwork already in order and the fixtures actually matching the spec sheet. After years of learning the hard way, I'd rather pay for that.
